Rucha Hasabnis, popularly known as Rashi of Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, is very much single till date. She has been single since the time she entered the Indian television industry. She has not yet revealed any of her wedding plans. Rucha is a completely family oriented girl and all she does is concentrate on her acting career
She would be happy to marry a guy chosen by her family members.
She shares a very good bonding with her onscreen co – star Vishal Singh, who plays the role of her husband, Jigar Modi in her current TV show.
Rucha Hasabnis Biography:
Rucha was born on 8th February in the year 1988 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. After completing her schooling, she pursued her graduation in B.com from the well renowned Vinayak Ganesh Vaze College of Arts, Science and Commerce, popularly known as Kelkar College, Mulund. She holds a masters degree in M.com as well from the Mumbai University.
Currently, she is pursuing Company Secretary and has cleared inter with only 1 group of finals remaining. She also got a job in Edelweiss, Mumbai after completing her B.com. But she left her job in order to cope up with her busy schedule which included her further studies along with her first acting assignment.

The 25 year old girl stepped into the television industry with the Marathi daily soap Chaar Chaughi, aired on the channel Star Pravah. Here, she played the role of Devika.
Rucha Hasabnis Current Show:
The beauty bagged the parallel lead role in the serial Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, aired on Star Plus. Rucha portrays the role of Rashi Jigar Modi and her character in the daily soap is negative. Rashi is a very self centered girl and she believes in living life king size. She wants to enjoy all the luxuries of life without harming anybody.
The story revolves around two cousins Gopi and Rashi who are completely opposite to each other. Rashi is jealous of Gopi since she proves to be the perfect bride for Ahem who belongs to Modi Parivaar, one of the most well renowned and rich family in the city. In the meantime, Rashi starts liking Ahem’s cousin Jigar.
Therefore, Rashi along with her mother plans to pretend of having an affair with Jigar so that she can marry him. Ultimately, she succeeds and gets married to Jigar. Rashi envies Gopi and thereby tries to create misunderstandings between Gopi and Ahem. She also reveals that Gopi is illiterate and this makes Ahem hate Gopi.
Rashi does not believe in compromising and wants to live life on her own terms and is therefore always yelled at by Gopi’s mother in law, Kokila. On the other hand, Gopi wins everybody’s heart in the Modi house except Ahem. And then the journey revolves around the relationship between the two sisters, Gopi and Rashi and their marital life.

The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya lady also tried her hand in the film industry. She bagged a role in a film directed by Vidya Sagar who last worked in the film Gateway to Heaven. The tale deals with female foeticide and Rucha plays the role of Bhavna who loves a guy named Suraj, played by actor Zeb Khan.
They get married and she is about to deliver a girl child against Suraj’s parents’ wishes. When his parents come to know about it, they make her abort the child. Suraj loves Bhavna but is helpless before his mother who takes all decisions. The short film was directed mainly to create awareness about female foeticide among villagers.
